What our clients say
The option of the Ecotech modular 136 square metre home has meant we have been able to create a lovely, affordable home that blends in with the Port Hills surround. The use of cedar cladding has added an extra architectural dimension which enhances the design and nestles the house into the environment.
We are delighted with our 75 sq metre Ecotech Home which is ideal for us, an elderly couple. We kept a note of our energy bills throughout the last 12 months and are delighted that the bills averaged just $75 per month, which is a significant cost-saving for us and confirms how well insulated our home is. You will also be interested to know that in the November 2016 earthquake, while we were shaken awake in bed, nothing else in cupboards or on shelves moved, which confirms how safe, robust and resilient our home is to such major events.
I thought you would be interested to know that my 105m2 sq metre Ecotech bach you assembled on a tricky site in Hunts Beach, Fox Glacier more than 5 years ago remains as resilient as ever in its challenging coastal environment. I returned there recently after having left it for 9 months during the harsh winter and returned to find everything in excellent shape and as though we never left.
We could not believe the speed of delivery and assembly of our 105 sq metre 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Ecotech home. The 4 modules left Port Chalmers, Dunedin on a Thursday morning at 8.30am and arrived at our site in Roxburgh, Central Otago some 150 kms way at 11.00 am, and by 4.30pm, the modules had been craned into position on the prepared piles, joined together and the Ecotech team were enjoying some well deserved beers!
Thank you Ecotech.
